Florida On-Line Courses are not available at this time

Welcome to our website for Florida continuing education courses. We have tried to make this process of completing your coursework as straightforward and interesting as possible. We have 11 different courses available to you. All you have to do is select courses totaling 30 hours, one of which must be either the 15-hour or the 10-hour USPAP/Florida Law Update course. If you have already completed some of your coursework, then just take those courses you need to get to the 30-hour requirement.

To enroll yourself for the courses, complete the registration form.
Click here to download the form, fill it out, and mail it in to us along with your payment. You can begin your coursework right away by scrolling down where you’ll see the names of the courses.
Please follow these steps:
1. Next to the name of the course you will see "Exam." Click the name to see the textbook for the course and "Exam" to see the questions for this course. This exam is open book.
2. Go over the text. You can read it on site, download it and read it, or ask us to send you the textbook. We will be happy to do so free of charge once we receive your course payment.
3. After you have covered the textbook material, go to the exam and answer the multiple-choice questions. E-mail the answer sheet to us after you have recorded your answers. You will get credit for the course if you score at least 80% on the exam. If you don’t, you must take the course again and score at least 80% on a different set of questions. Florida requires this for any appraiser distance education (on-line) course.
Course fees are non-refundable, you have three months from the time you enroll for a course to complete it, and all work must be your own.
Our discounted price for 30 hours is $250. If you take less than the 30 hours, the 15-hour courses are $195. each, 10-hour courses $130 each.
